Looking for Barker PM mill owners. - Practical Machinist

Hello fellow Barker Milling machine enthusiasts. My Barker PM is S/N 3923. It has the micrometer dials on all 3 axis. Missing is the milling arbor & outer arbor support. The rpm range is certainly an issue for getting sfm down for cutting steel. My plan is to build a jack shaft with multiple pulleys similar to what is on my 6" Atlas lathe.

I have a Barker Am horizontal and I am having trouble mounting a vise. I have a 6" swivel vise that takes up most of vertical travel. Table is 6" by 20" with one t-slot. Machine is 700lbs, 30 taper, 2 hp. I had no idea this vise would be so big... should have bought a 4". Ideally I would have a vertical mill also but for now I am stuck.
