Do you grind grains? (natural bread baking forum at permies)

I have a hand grinder and do grind my own flours, corn, wheat, rye, buckwheat, BUT when it comes to time as in baking bread and the amount of flour I need, I just use pre ground flour. I grow my own corn for corn meal, and I have a 50 lb. bag of wheat berries. If I only need a cup or 2 of wheat flour I will grind my own.
